1. About Kinbo

Kinbo is an online fashion & lifestyle e-commerce brand based in Bangladesh, offering curated collections of authentic sarees, designer salwar kamiz, three-pieces, abayas & borkas, men’s panjabis, footwear, bags, and lifestyle accessories. Kinbo operates exclusively online and provides convenient doorstep delivery nationwide.

2. Product Information & Sizing

We make every effort to display product details, fabric composition, colors, and sizing charts as accurately as possible. However:

• Product colors may appear slightly different depending on photography lighting and your device display screen.
• Handcrafted or artisan embroidery details may possess subtle unique variations.
• Customers are encouraged to review the provided Size Charts or consult our WhatsApp sizing support prior to placing an order.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on Kinbo are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to promotional updates or material costs. In the rare event of a pricing or technical error, Kinbo reserves the right to contact the customer for verification before confirming the order.

4. Order Placement & Confirmation

When placing an order, customers must provide accurate details including full name, active contact number, complete delivery address, and selected size/color. Kinbo reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, unreachable contact numbers, or incomplete shipping details.

5. Cash on Delivery & Advance Delivery Charge

Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh. To confirm order dispatch, customers are required to pay the applicable delivery charge in advance via bKash or Nagad. The remaining product amount is paid in cash directly upon package delivery.

6. Nationwide Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are 24–48 hours inside Dhaka and 3–5 working days outside Dhaka. Delivery timeframes are indicative and subject to courier operations, holidays, and weather conditions.

7. Checking Upon Delivery & Returns

Customers must inspect their order in front of the courier delivery agent. Any damage, defect, or wrong product must be reported immediately while the delivery person is present. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on kinbo.net.bd—including the Kinbo brand name, logo, product photography, videos, graphics, text, and design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kinbo. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kinbo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website usage or courier transit delays. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
