1. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is verified and confirmed:

• Inside Dhaka City: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours (1 to 2 business days).
• Outside Dhaka City (All 64 Districts): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Customized / Tailored Orders: Customized apparel and special bespoke orders may require an additional 1–2 days for precision finishing prior to dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may occasionally vary due to inclement weather, public holidays, or courier logistics operations.

2. Standard Shipping Charges

Our nationwide delivery charges are transparent and calculated based on location and parcel weight:

• Inside Dhaka City: ৳100
• Outside Dhaka City (All Districts): ৳135
• Additional Weight: For parcels weighing more than 1 kg, an additional ৳20 per extra kg is applied.

We partner with the most dependable courier and express logistics services in Bangladesh to ensure your parcel reaches you in pristine condition, including Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier, REDX, Paperfly, and Sundarban Courier.

4. Order Tracking & Status Updates

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our fulfillment hub, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your courier tracking number. You can also monitor your shipment anytime on our Live Order Tracking page.

5. Inspect Your Parcel Upon Delivery

All Kinbo products are securely packed with protective layers and branded tamper-evident tape. Please inspect the parcel and verify the contents in front of the courier delivery representative before accepting the delivery.
