2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

For Cash on Delivery orders nationwide:

• Advance Delivery Charge: To confirm your order and prevent fraudulent bookings, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance via bKash or Nagad.
• Product Payment Upon Delivery: The remaining product amount is paid in cash directly to the courier delivery representative upon receiving and verifying your parcel.
• Order Dispatch: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched immediately once the required advance delivery charge is received.

4. Payment Security & Currency

All prices listed on Kinbo are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We utilize 256-bit SSL encryption for all transaction data. Kinbo does not store or process your personal financial PINs, passwords, or card security codes on our servers.
